i. the moving member must update his or her username upon moving form a-b or b-a team;

f) All clan leaders and members must be registered members of clangamz to be able to play in the ladder system.
3. Challenges:
a) Clan leaders are the only members allowed to issue and accept challenges in the ladder system;
b) they are the only members allowed to sign up to new ladders upon launch;
c) Clans may agree to play with members missing but both clans must agree in the internal message system;
d) The clan that wishes to play with a member or members missing must notify the other clan before the challenge is played so an agreement can be made;
e) If an agreement can not be made on missing members then the match will have to be rearranged and played at a later date
4. Single player ladders:
Any player who wishes to do so may be able to play in the single player ladders and will:
a) Have to create their own single player clan to be able to play in the required ladder;
b) must also be a registered member of clangamz to participate in the ladder(s) of their choice.
5. Result notification:
a) All clans must try to send screenshots of their win or loss to clangamz upon completion of that match, this is to ensure that no manipulation of the results can take place.
b) If a clan or clans cannot submit a screenshot for any reason of a result,
Clangamz will be trusting the clans involved in the match to be as honest as possible to ensure the correct result is attained.
In the case of a screenshot not being sent to clangamz an email should be sent to clangamz with the outcome of the match attached to the email.
6. All challenges should be played within five days if possible, if they cannot be played within the 5 days, the clans will loose their allotted challenge for that week.
7. All clans are allowed four challenges a week and may challenge one clan from each band, if the challenges are not accepted the clan may challenge another clan from that band until a challenge is accepted.
8. Once the challenge is accepted both the clans will use the internal message system to arrange a time and date to play the match.
9. If a clan accepts a challenge and fails to play the match the clan that does turn up for their allotted challenge will then be able to issue another challenge to another clan or rearrange to play the same challenge all ready accepted at a later date but can be no more than 5 days after original challenge.
10. Points system: and ladders.
11. Joining the ladder, New clans and or teams can join whilst the ladder is in progress but will be placed at the bottom of the ladder.
12. The ladders will have a set limit of 100 hundred teams per ladder, if a ladder reaches its maximum amount of teams or clans a new one will be launched.
13. Clans will also receive a set amount of bonus points for showing up and playing the match as scheduled by the clan leaders. 5 points
14. The winning team will receive 30 points after completion of the match.
15. The loosing team or clan will receive 5 points upon completion of the match.
16. The challenge scale – issuing challenges has to be a fair system so that top cannot challenge bottom every week acquiring what is perceived to be easy points.
17. The points scale should be as follows, If the bottom clan or team challenges top they would receive 100% of the points allocation, if top challenges bottom they would only receive 70% of the points allocation.
18. The points brackets would be as follows for ladders, If the challenger and opponent are in the same band 1- 20 they would receive 100% of points.
19. 90% of points for playing band underneath their own.
80% of points for playing 2 bands under their own.
70% of points for playing 3 bands under their own.
20. This will be like a league but in ladder form, therefore teams in the same bracket would have an incentive to play more teams in their bracket to ensure maximum points are taken, and would give the lower bracketed teams or clans a chance to jump into the next bracket.
21. But as they do they would also have to play higher teams or teams in their new bracket to get maximum points.
22. The challengers will choose the map that the match will be played on, and pm their choice to the clan they have challenged.
23. This will only be in the case of 1 round matches – in two or three round matches both clans will choose a map with the third map being agreed on by both clans.
24. Cheating:
a) No glitching or cheating of any kind should be undertaken whilst playing in the ladder system, if a member is found to be cheating this member may be banned from playing for the next four challenges or a week;
b) Reporting cheating should be done by the clan leaders with members also sending a message to the admin team to verify the user that has cheated and type of cheating that has taken place.
c) If a clan or member persist in using glitches or cheats they will be permanently removed from the ladder type or types they are playing in and may even be removed from the site, it is in the interests of the clan leaders to ensure no cheating occurs.
25. Clan members that go away from keyboard – (AFK) - whilst playing a match cannot be helped so this will be accepted, it is therefore up to the clan leader to make sure everyone is ready to play the match at the time and date specified by both clans.
26. Complaints Procedure: complaints should be sent to the admin team with grievances explained via the contact clangamz tab on main page or via email direct, all complaints will be dealt with as soon as possible.
27. Appeals: All appeals will be looked at asap with the appealing clan or member producing their evidence or explaining the reasons for their appeal.
If an appeal cannot be sorted amicably via evidence or explanation then the original decision to penalise or ban a clan or member will stand.
The appeals procedure is there to give a clan or member the chance to try and vindicate themselves.
